2019 Seasonal Rates
For 2020 season, we will be open April 20th thru October 5th weather permitting October 14th. So water may or may not be on at open or close.
Electric, Water and Sewer…..$1815.00 + $99.83 tax = $1914.83 + $125.00 prepaid Electric = $2039.83
All 2020 seasonal site fees are due in full by March 15, 2020 as well as dock fees. Late fees may apply after March 15th of $5.00 a day. No seasonal rent will be refunded once the season has started.
